Thread Lift rejuvenates your facial elasticity and diminishes wrinkles quickly

The thread lift uses special threads not only to reduce facial wrinkles but also to rejuvenate elasticity on your facial skin. 

In addition, My Aura’s special threads last longer than any other thread. We use VIFINY bio composite threads, which are approved by the Korea Food and Drug Administration. These threads are inserted into the subcutaneous layer of your skin which stimulates collagen generation to revitalize your skin elasticity.

Result and Downtime

On the day of your treatment, you will relax in one of our treatment rooms as a local anesthetic is injected into the areas of your face that will be addressed. After the anesthesia is active, Doctor will carefully insert the PDO threads. The threads will be attached to the skin tissue and then raised until the desired effect is achieved. Patients may have minor redness or bluish or bruising that will resolve on its own in 1 – 2 weeks.

The result of the Thread Lift is immediate and even more noticeable after 1-2 weeks when all the swelling and potential bruising have resolved. The results will continue to enhance as your skin produces even more collagen over the next several months ( 9-18 months). More threads can always be inserted down the line to continue to improve the results and prolong the results even more. If you choose to have a more intensive surgical procedure or facelift at a later point, this can be done without any problems as the PDO sutures will be absorbed completely without leaving any kind of scarring.

Procedures and techniques at My Aura Clinic

Local topical anesthetics cream (numbing cream) will be applied prior to intervention, but local injections of anesthetics might add temporary swelling to the injection site and might be contraindicated under certain circumstances.
For patients’ comfort purposes, some hyaluronic acid gels have added Lidocaine. In any given case, the physician is expected to inform you of the choice of products and actions.

Dermal Fillers Procedure

The length of the procedure varies depending on the number of areas to be treated. It does not leave any pain after injection or is very minimal so that patients can continue their daily activities, with satisfying results.

Mesofat is a controversial technique in which substances are injected into layers of fat and connective tissue under the skin. The injected ingredients can include agents that are used to burn down fat in the concerned areas such as Cheeks and double chin.
